Service Interruption Apology.


St. Ailbe’s Credit Union would like to thank all of our members for their patience & understanding over the past few days while we were unable to provide a properly functioning service for our members. Members were polite, non-aggressive & accepting of our issues, & for this we are grateful, as this empathic attitude from our members, ensured that our days were not made any more stressful than they already were.

Ex-hurricane Ophelia brought much of the country to a standstill on Monday, including SACU, and the aftermath of power loss, and breakdown of internet and computer system held us powerless, frustrated & frantic until we had partial restoration on Thursday afternoon & thankfully at this time we have been able to restore a virtually full service (with the exception of Hospital office). Credit is due to our technical support team who worked tirelessly to resolve our issues & restore the system for use.

Again, let us reiterate our gratitude to any member who was affected for their accepting manner, & please accept our sincere regret & apologies that we were not in a position to provide the service which you deserve.
