How to apply for a LoanWhat you will need?
Applying for a loan is an easy process but it is important to have the relevant information available, so that the Credit Committee can assess the application as quickly as possible.
- Fill out a loan application form – any staff member will through this with you and guide you through what information and documentation you may be required to produce.
- Have this basic information with you at time of application.
Proof of Income: Salary or Wage Slips, Receipt from social welfare payments, other proof of income – you will be asked for proof of the last 3 payments. (If self- employed, a set of the most up to-date accounts. The last two years accounts at least are required. ) Proof of any other source of income that you may have.
Financial details: Current account statement for the last 3-6 months , Credit Card statement for last 3-6 months, Mortgage account statement for last 3-6 months, any other loan accounts you have with other financial institutions.
